On Thursday afternoon, some of food and hospitality’s biggest names took the stage in Sottile Theatre for a panel discussion of the business behind cuisine, presented by the Charleston Wine + Food Festival.  The speakers included Danny Meyer, CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group; Ruth Reichl, renowned food critic; Darcy Shankland, editor in chief of Charleston Magazine; Nancy Silverton, a famed restaurateur; and local business owners Steve Palmer and Karalee Nielsen Fallert.
